1. How should I store the product after opening?
Once you open and use the product, please refrigerate it to prevent spoilage. Keeping it refrigerated will ensure the product stays fresh for longer.
2. Is the product homemade?
Yes, all of our products are currently homemade with care and attention. As we grow, In Shaa Allah, we plan to scale up production, and with your support, we can help provide more jobs for people in the future.
3. Will there be more products coming soon?
Yes, we are constantly working on new products, and we have several exciting items in development. Stay tuned for updates on our latest offerings!
4. What payment methods do you accept?
For now, we are accepting payments via GCash manually. After you checkout, please screenshot your payment receipt and the GCash receipt, then send both directly to the Azrah Kusin Facebook page. We are currently waiting for the approval of a third-party payment gateway to support both GCash and PayMaya.
5. How is the shipping process handled?
We are in the process of partnering with J&T for fast and reliable deliveries. Once the partnership is finalized, we will offer even quicker shipping options. In the meantime, we are doing our best to ensure timely deliveries.
